Baran Facade
In designing the facade of the Baran project, we were looking for an iconic design that would showcase movement, dynamism and transformation in the best possible way. In the design of this project, we tried to finally reach a plan that meets the needs of the residents of this building according to the climate of the region. including the creation of open and semi-open terraces
در طراحی نمای پروژه باران ، ما به دنبال طرحی آیکونیک بودیم که حرکت ، پویایی و تحول را به بهترین شکل ممکن به نمایش بگذارد.
در طراحی این پروژه سعی بر آن شد که در نهایت به طرحی برسیم که با توجه به اقلیم منطقه پاسخگوی نیاز های ساکنین این ساختمان باشد. از جمله ایجاد تراس های باز و نیمه باز
The initial design idea of this project was formed based on the structure, module, reproduction and distributability and creating a sense of movement and dynamism, and after that factors such as diversity, non-uniformity and the influence of external and internal factors, as well as the fact that this facade is an indicator in the region, form This is the final design
ایده ابتدایی طراحی این پروژه بر اساس ساختار، مدول ، تکثیر و توزیع پذیری و ایجاد حس حرکت و پویایی شکل گرفت و بعد از آن عواملی مانند تنوع ، عدم یکنواختی و تأثیر عوامل بیرونی و درونی و همچنین شاخص بودن این نما در منطقه ،شکل دهنده طرح نهایی این نما گردید
Due to the climate of Mantefah, which has hot summers and the annoying phenomenon of dust, we created semi-open terraces on the surface of the facade, which, in addition to responding to the mentioned factors, also preserves privacy.
We used brick and thermowood materials in the design of this project.
با توجه به اقلیم منطفه که دارای تابستان های گرم و پدیده آزاردهنده ی گرد و غبار می باشد ، بر روی سطح نما اقدام به ایجاد تراس های باز و نیمه باز نمودیم که علاوه بر پاسخگویی به عوامل ذکر شده سبب حفظ حریم نیز میگردد
در طراحی این پروژه از متریال های آجر و ترمووود استفاده کردیم
